Company Policies
- When will my order be processed ?
Your order will ship within two to five business days.
- Do you ship orders internationally ?
For the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
Additional fees may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from UPS or your local customs department. These fees may bee taxes, brokerage or duty.
- Do you ship to military addresses or P.O Boxes ?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to military addresses and P.O Boxes for the moment.
- Which payment options do you accept ?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover and Interac.
- Do you accept a personal check or money order ?
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
- What is your return policy ?
All returns must be sent back within 45 days of the purchase date. After this limit, all returns will be sent back to the customer.
Please use the return form added to your shipment.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange items. If you would like to purchase another item, please place another order.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
All items should be in the same condition as were sent to the customer, otherwise we wont be able to accept them and they will be sent back.
