Shipping
Order processing
All orders will be processed within two to five business days.
Depending on your country, please allow from 5 to 21 days to receive your order.
Delivery Methods
We ship via UPS.
There is a flat rate for shipping : Canadian orders : 5.99 $(cad) and 9.99 $ (cad) for US orders.
International Orders
At this moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
Military addresses and P.O. Boxes
At this moment, we do not ship to military addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy
Returns
All returns must be sent back within 45 days of the purchase date. After this limit, all returns will be sent back to the customer.
Please use the return form added to your shipment.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
All items should be in the same condition as were sent to the customer, otherwise we wont be able to accept them and they will be sent back.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not exchange items. If you would like to purchase another item, please place another order.
